The latest technology used by Showerfix when preparing the base for the application of the seal, puts us well ahead of our competitors in the industry. By removing the existing sealant with a specialised diamond tool and replacing with the Showerfix seal, we are ensuring that the base will not leak. We then apply a special penetrating sealant to the base of the shower and to approximately one tile above the base. We also seal the taps and the screen base, as well as the waste outlet. Finally the walls are re-grouted and waterproofed, giving the whole shower a complete new look.
The procedure takes approximately 2-3 hours to complete. A 12 year product guarantee on tiled recess's is given.The shower cannot be used on the morning of the service and for 24 hours thereafter.
